At Occhi Lash & Brow Studio, we take our time during appointments so we can provide the best service possible. Our appointments take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2.5 hours depending on the services. Walk-ins are accepted but only as our schedule allows. We highly recommend you make an appointment to ensure you can be seen.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and require a credit card to reserve appointment times. Because we set aside time for your service, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not show up, your credit card will be charged for the full service amount. This charge is NOT a deposit and cannot be applied to another appointment. If you are a no-show or no-call more than once, you will be required to prepay for appointments. Failure to pay for missed appointments will result in the inability to book future appointments.
Studio Etiquette
For your first visit, we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for registration and initial consultation.
On return visits to our Studio, we ask that you arrive least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Please arrive with CLEAN lashes free of mascara and makeup. If you are wearing makeup we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and ask for cleansing liquid. This will avoid a delay in your service.
We ask that you please refrain from consuming caffeine for two hours prior to your appointment to avoid eye movement/twitching during your service.
Some appointments can be as long as two hours. To avoid an interruption or delay, please use the restroom prior to your service.
Conversation should be limited during the application process, as the stylist is working very close to the eyes and requires the eyelids to be relaxed for accurate application.
At Occhi’ we love children but cannot take responsibility for their care while you have your service. Please refrain from bringing children to the Studio.
Studio Policies

We require a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. Failure to notify or keep an appointment will result in a full appointment charge on your credit card.
You must pay for any missed appointments before booking a new appointment.
Late appointments will end at the original time and charged at the usual rate.
We are not responsible for the results of your service if you fail to follow all home care recommendations.
Payment Method – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash or Debit Cards are acceptable
Gratuities are appreciated and of course are at your discretion. We offer the ability to tip on your credit/debit card if you like.
We ask that you consider others, staff and patrons. No cell phone use during treatments and all cell phones should be on vibrate at all times.
